DETAILS OF ACCOMMODATION
The property is divided into two parts: the annex and the main house, which are side by side. The annex has all its accommodation on the ground floor, where there is a double bedroom opening onto the pool terrace, a shower room/WC and a mini gym with weights, a rowing machine and bike. A glazed door opens from the river terrace into the dining room with chairs and a table for 8; off this is a sitting room with comfortable seating arranged around a coffee table in front of a TV with vhs player, a dvd, cd and mp3 player. There is a kitchen with a microwave as well as an ordinary oven, a dishwasher, and a table and chairs for 4, plus a utility room with a washing machine. On the first floor are two double bedrooms equipped with air conditioning and one with an extra single bed. On the ground floor is a bathroom with bath plus a shower, a separate WC and another double bedroom. The house has mounted electric heaters. Outside by the annex, is a wide terrace in which is a 9.5m x 4m swimming pool with steps. From the terrace and the property are lovely views of the river; behind the property is a wide flat grassy space. The owner kindly leaves two bicycles and canoes for clients.
