This charming villa lies in the residential outskirts of the ancient village of Trets with shops, restaurants, cafes and mid-week market. It is a comfortable and well decorated property. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and boasts many villages and small towns. The famous university town of Aix-en-Provence, where Cezanne once lived and painted, is within 30 minutes drive, and offers extensive shopping and many historic monuments.
Marseille, where Cezanne also painted, and the Mediterranean coast can be reached in under an hour. It takes just over an hour to reach the historic towns of Avignon, Arles and St. Remy-de Provence where Van Gogh lived and painted, or to reach the Camargue or the Luberon.

You enter the house through a hall and corridor. From here, doors lead off to a double bedroom, a bathroom, a separate WC, a single bedroom and, via a small dressing room, to another double bedroom with a hi-fi unit and French windows to the rear terrace. An opening to the side of the hall leads into a living room comprising a small sitting area, with satellite TV, hi-fi, DVD player. French windows open onto the front garden. There is a dining area with a compact fitted kitchen with dishwasher. Steep and narrow stairs lead up from the dining area to a mezzanine rest area above the sitting area. Another door from the dining area leads into a utility room with washing machine and a door to the garage.
French windows lead from the dining area onto the open terrace and small garden to the rear with trees, hedging and flowers surrounding most of the lawn and, set within this, the swimming pool (7m x 5m x 2.3m maximum depth). The property has electrical heating and a mobile card payment telephone.
